   - Custom Orders: For personalized sizes, colors, engravings, or branding, please contact us directly on WhatsApp at +965 5109 8585. Custom work begins only after final approval and confirmation.
   - Delivery Time:  Most standard orders ship within 0-1 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity.

3. Payment Methods 
We offer secure and convenient payment options in Eplexi to make your shopping experience smooth. You can pay using KNET, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, or Cash on Delivery. All transactions are processed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).

4. Shipping and Delivery
   Eplexi offers fast and reliable shipping across Kuwait. Standard acrylic products are typically delivered within a business day in Kuwait. For custom acrylic orders or personalized designs, additional production time may be required—we’ll always keep you informed with clear timelines. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your acrylic products arrive safely, securely, and on time.

5. Return & Exchange Policy
    5.1 Standard Products 
      - Returns/exchanges are accepted for damaged products within 48 hours of receiving the product.
      - Items must be unused, in original condition, and include packaging.
      - In Eplexi, Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    5.2 Customized Products 
      - Custom items are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing error or damage upon arrival. 
      - In such cases, we will remake or replace the item promptly at no extra cost.

6. Product Disclaimer 
     Due to the handcrafted nature of Premium acrylic products, minor variations in texture, color, or finish may occur. Product photos are accurate representations, but screen differences may affect how colors appear.

7. Privacy and Security
