We currently deliver across all regions of Kuwait,
including residential areas, business addresses, and retail stores. No matter where you are, we aim to get your order to your doorstep with care and professionalism.

1. Estimated Delivery Timeline
     - Standard Products: 0-1 Day Delivery Available. 
     - Customized or Personalized Orders: Delivery time varies depending on the designs of Acrylic customization. The Eplexi team will inform you of updates on your order.

2. Order Processing and dispatch.
      - Orders received before 2:00 PM (Kuwait Time) are usually processed the same day.
      - If you place your order after 2:00 PM or on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
      - Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification from Eplexi via WhatsApp or email, along with tracking updates if available. 

3.  Delivery Charge
      We offer two delivery options to ensure fast and convenient service for all orders within Kuwait:

1. Express (Quick) Delivery

  • Orders below 20 KD: Delivery charge is 1.5 KD

  • Orders 20 KD and above: Delivery charge is  Free

2. Next Day Delivery

  • Orders below 20 KD: Delivery charge is 1 KD

  • Orders 20 KD and above: Free delivery


4. Notes On Custom Products.
     At Eplexi, custom acrylic products, such as items with special sizes, color options, engravings, or logo branding, are made specifically for you. Because of their personalized nature, these orders may require an additional 0–3 business days for processing before shipping. Pricing may also vary depending on the design and customization details. Our team will confirm both the delivery timeline and final cost before production begins, and you'll receive updates at each stage to keep you informed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery
        - At Eplexi, we take every step to ensure your acrylic products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we’re here to help quickly and fairly.
      - Share clear photos showing the damaged product and the original packaging
      - Provide your order number or the name used during checkout
